In a recent study by Kuwait Institute for Research ( KISR), it has warned of the great environmental hazard in the presence of a huge pipe line that Iraq has implanted in Kuwait to divert the oil to Iraq during its Invasion.

Iraq has constructed a huge pipeline that still exit. This pipeline was used by Iraq to steel the Kuwaiti Oil during the invasion.

As the pipeline is damaged after the retreat of Iraqi forces from Kuwait , huge oil spills was created , which is still obvious until now. Many desert habitat was affected. Underground water also got polluted by the oil spill.

The effect of this Iraqi crime will exist for many years to come.
